Career planning is a lifelong process that assists with making choices to help you manage your work and personal life. Good career planning requires understanding about yourself and the world of work. The world of work is changing: people are working from home, job sharing, juggling a portfolio of gig work, setting up their own companies and using technology in new and different ways.
