Level 1 English for Speakers of Other Languages
This course is designed for students who speak English as a second language. There are no prerequisites. The aims of this course are:
- preparation for Level 1 literacy
- improved speaking and listening skills
- increased knowledge of New Zealand idiomatic usage
- development of formal reading and writing skills
