This Biology course builds on learning from the Level 1 Science and gets into more specific detail. The course is made up of two semesters. Semester A: Microbiology - investigating cells and cellular processes and Semester B: Genetics - predicting inheritance, natural selection, genetic issues

Assessment Information
This course has a range of assessments including an investigation, preparation of microscope slides and biological drawings, evaluating information presented to the public and external examinations. It is expected that students will attempt at least one external assessment.Credit Information
You will be assessed in this course through all or a selection of the standards listed below.
